Meet & Greet Cookout
It’s been a long year. After a strike vote in fall 2024, six months of contract negotiations, another strike vote in June, and of course the 8-day strike at the beginning of this month, members are tired. We fought hard, and we endured much at the hands of the city.
Several members, including Local 696 member Lesley McDowell, have independently organized a cookout for AFSCME members in Philadelphia to get together and have a good time. Details on the flyer below, hope to see you there!
